Spooky season is in full swing right now, but once Halloween concludes and November starts up, many people find themselves in this strange transitional period between holidays.
With Thanksgiving coming in toward the end of the month, it’s just a smidge too early for a full lineup of Christmas movies—though networks will try—and Freeform has no declared that time as “cozy season,” which is quite fitting if I’m being honest.
When the weather cools down and all you want to do is watch a comforting movie on the couch while tucked in under a blanket, you don’t have to look far with the launch of the “30 Days of Disney lineup.”
There’s going to be holiday classics like Home Alone, The Santa Clause (to prepare you for the second season of the hit Disney+ series) and Frozen (celebrating its 10th anniversary, believe it or not), but this is also the time to gather your whole family together and get lost in the magic of Disney with movies such as National Treasure, Free Guy, Jungle Cruise and more. And who can forget Freaky Friday and The Parent Trap?
Other animated films that we adore include Moana, Mulan, and The Lion King, along with all the Toy Story films for a perfect movie marathon.
The lineup of Disney films arrives on November 1, right after the 30 Days of Halloween schedule wraps up its run, and goes through November 30.
At that point, as the calendar flips to the next month, Freeform will be ushering in its 25 Days of Christmas holiday lineup—though that’s yet to be announced just yet.
Check out the full lineup here.
