Myrka Cantu of TLC’s Unexpected dropped a bombshell on fans back in July of this year when she revealed she and her husband were not using birth control. They were very much interested in expanding their family with more children.
Naturally, fans suspected it was only a matter of time until this Unexpected star announced she was once again pregnant. Unexpected Myrka Cantu Reveals Serious Health Condition
It was during a conversation with a fan in the comments of a social media post that Myrka Cantu of TLC’s Unexpected revealed she had a serious health condition. The fan noted in the comment that it would be beautiful if the TLC star had another child so soon because siblings close in age who get to grow up together have an amazing bond.
Myrka Cantu responded that she not only agreed, but it was what she wanted. In fact, she and her husband were actively trying to have another child. Sadly, however, they have not had any luck.
One fan chimed in and noted that it was very easy for them to conceive their first child. It, however, got a bit more difficult to conceive additional children. The fan seemingly encouraged Myrka Cantu not to give up.

Sadly, the TLC personality revealed there was another factor at play. She had a health condition making it difficult for her to conceive a baby. Myrka Cantu shared that she had cysts on both of her ovaries. While she didn’t share any additional information, fans assumed this was the reason she was having so much trouble conceiving another child.

Unfortunately for her, fans of Unexpected brushed right over the reveal of her serious health condition in the comments. Many agreed she should take it as a sign to stop having children. One fan noted they believed she was trying to get pregnant for the wrong reasons. They pointed out that she seemed to really enjoy being pregnant. And, they suspected she just wanted to feel that way again.
