New episodes of this series, since it moved from its long-running slot on Fridays, have been pretty sporadic, and will be more so from next week as it becomes an occasional series with Gambo’s new show in this slot. But this is an interesting one to temporarily bow out with, as it kicks off what will be a month or so of endless Doctor Who to mark both its sixtieth anniversary and the much-heralded new series. This musical celebration took place a few weeks ago, and will be worth a listen to hear from Russell T Davies, Steven Moffatt and Chris Chibnall, together at last, plus seemingly the exclusive first performance of the new theme tune.
