Theresa Nist speaks out following drama with Kathy
Golden Bachelor front-runner Theresa Nist is speaking out about the drama that occurred between her and Kathy during the last episode. Kathy was not at all happy with Theresa and felt she should have kept some things to herself. In fact, Kathy went so far as to say that she wasn’t sure if Theresa was just dumb or knew exactly what she was doing.
Now that the episode is past and the dust has settled, Theresa is speaking out about the incident. She went to Instagram and shared a photo of her family and friends all gathered in a room.
Theresa said, “This past episode was a bit hard for me to watch. Never in a million years did I think that I was going to find myself involved in drama. That is so not who I am. I just thought that I was able to be open and honest with a new friend about how I was feeling. As you saw, I acknowledged that everyone felt a connection to Gerry, and I welcomed that. We were all on a journey to see who was the best fit for Gerry.”
She shared that Gerry told her if she wasn’t doing it to boast then she should just let it go. She also pointed out that Edith mentioned there was tension already because they are all dating one man.
Theresa ended that initial apology by saying, “I appreciate the kind messages so much. I am grateful to all of you that could see that I had only good intentions and that I felt absolutely terrible when I realized I had hurt Kathy’s feelings.”
Other things Theresa shared
In the same post, Theresa Nist talked about how disappointed she was that her portion of the talent show wasn’t shown. She said she sang to Gerry Turner and by the end, the audience was singing with her. She said it was a lot of fun. Then, Theresa asked for ABC to show the clip.
Theresa concluded by saying, “Thank you to my friends and family that know me and know that I would never mean to make someone else feel bad in any way, and to my new friends that can already see that in me as well. Love to all!”
