Hallmark Movies & Mysteries is kicking off its Miracles Of Christmas programming with Ms. Christmas Comes To Town. What is this Christmas movie about? According to the synopsis, in her youth, the lovely Gale Storm aspired to become a Hollywood star. However, where she found fame was when she became Ms. Christmas.

As Ms. Christmas, Gale became the host of the Holiday Shopping Channel (HSC), where she dished out everything wonderful and hopeful during Christmas time
However, just before the holiday season begins, Gale gets some unexpected news from her doctor. Gale is given a terminal diagnosis. Not one to be bogged down by difficult news, Gale has decided she is retiring. She is determined to end her career as Ms. Christmas her way.
Both Gale and HSC want her final year as Ms. Christmas to be something very special. Therefore, they announced the Ms. Christmas Is Coming To Town Tour. This tour is special as Gale will focus on local products at each tour stop. These are places that need a little more Christmas magic. Moreover, Ms. Christmas promises a lot of surprises and of course, Christmas cheer to everyone she meets.

However, HSC wants to make sure that Gale is taken care of when she travels. Gale is not thrilled with this idea, but she does agree with it. Subsequently, they hire travel nurse Travis to accompany Gale through her multi-city stop.

Now, Gale, Travis, and Amanda, the director of operations and Gale’s successor head off on tour. Amanda, nicknamed Ms. Holiday, and Gale have a very close mother-and-daughter sort of relationship. But, Gale is not ready to tell Amanda her diagnosis. So, Amanda is told that Travis is the network head’s godson. He is tagging along to learn the business.
As the festively decked-out RV goes from town to town, much Christmas cheer is spread, lessons are learnt, and love blossoms–possibly even for Gale, whose former fiancé James unexpectedly turns up at one of their stops. Gales doesn’t know they can rekindle their romance, this may just be what the doctor ordered.

The premiere of Ms. Christmas Comes To Town is on Thursday, October 26, at 9 p.m., Eastern, on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. In addition, this new holiday movie will be available to watch on Peacock up to 72 hours after the premiere.
