Kristina Shirley’s Weight Loss Journey
Since April, fans have been glued to Kristina’s social media posts checking out her weight loss progress. Around Easter, she posted a wholesome family photo of herself and the kids, plus a side-by-side with Gary. People were shocked by her appearance.

Over the summer, fans started to comment on her weight loss. She and Gary Shirley were filming for Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. Although the couple was having a serious conversation about birth control, fans couldn’t help but praise Kristina for her amazing progress.
“Can’t pay attention to the conversation because Kristina honey, you look good!” one fan commented. Another agreed, “She really does!”
Then, in August, Kristina continued to shock fans with even more progress in a photo where she posed alongside the Teen Mom: The Next Chapter cast for the reunion. She wore a black outfit that showed off her noticeably thinner arms and legs.
A few people also pointed out that it looked like Gary Shirley may have lost weight too. “I’m very proud of them,” one person said. “Both Kristina and Gary look great!” another added.
Teen Mom Stars Have A Mini-Reunion Over The Weekend
A number of Teen Mom stars were present at Jade Cline and Sean Austin’s wedding over the weekend. Cheyenne Davis and her husband Zach Davis were there, along with Briana DeJesus. Gary Shirley and his wife, Kristina, also attended the wedding. The Teen Mom stars had a mini-reunion at the event and got a group photo that fans are poring over.
The picture shows Gary and Kristina Shirley alongside fellow Teen Mom stars Devoin Austin, Maci Bookout, and Taylor McKinney. While fans were thrilled to see all of them together, all eyes were on Kristina and her new look.
Kristina stood next to her hubby in a skintight black dress that really showed off her weight loss progress. Gary sported a white button-up and black tie in the photo with a raised black hat. The entire group looked like they were having the time of their lives.
Fans were quick to comment on the photo after it was posted to an Instagram fan page. “Gary is always living his best life,” one person commented.
